Leveraging the Chamber's mission, the Committee promotes the development and understanding of non-renewable energy and natural resources, as well as the technological and regulatory advancements in this field, in order to support the country's development and the business sector, with an emphasis on corporate responsibility.

Similarly, the Committee fosters an open atmosphere of cooperation in which initiatives are discussed and generated for the sustainable development of trade relations between Ecuador and Canada, in the energy sector, environmental management, and social responsibility.
